Wonderful villa in a great location, close to Limeni in the Mani Peninsula, with great views over the water from two terraces and direct access to the beach.
The villa is set across three levels, which makes it a little tricky with young children, but it is all manageable.

Fantastic views, large, close to important things even in the off season.
I’d improve the situation of furniture on the upper deck to make it more usable, I didn’t have a problem with the beds but if you are sensitive they are not excellent, i’d add hooks on the interior of the doors to be able to keep them open without slamming shut with wind, and the beach entry way could be cleaned up before guests arrive. Overall, excellent stay though.

Right on the sea. Comfortable and cosy. Nice authentic feel.
Preferred other areas to Neo Otilo especially for eating out and village feel but nicer areas very close by.
