The One Limeni

Excellent spacious well-equipped pool area, with majestic views. New complex built in the Mani stone tower design, aesthetically pleasing. Clean residence. Helpful and friendly staff. Georgia even drove 2 hours to meet us in person, view the issues raised and dealt with as many as possible (which I had raised). We were offered a gift basket of local produce and a complimentary night accommodation (which unfortunately we could not take). Located on a dramatic hill above Limeni bay. It’s very close to both Limeni and to the historic stone village of Areopolis, yet private and isolated. Convenient onsite parking.

The residence we stayed in, lacks sufficient storage space. The degradation door and air conditioning in the bedroom are in the process of being installed.

I have travel to Limeni more than 10 times. This Hotel has everything i wish for. I go for work and pleasure.

Everything. The property is brand-new and very beautiful. The place is unique! I highly recommend it if you are looking for relaxation, tranquility and breath-taking views. Limeni and Areopoli are around the corner for sightseeing, groceries and tasty restaurants.

Even though we really enjoyed our stay, we were a bit disappointed by the way the property management handled some things. Despite always communicating in a very friendly manner with us, we found that the problems addressed (little malfunctions and inconveniences) haven’t been really solved nor some sort of compensation has been offered to us. Some more kitchen equipment e.g. cooking knives, wooden spoons, salt, a sponge cloth, more coffee pads and pool towels would be nice. Some more plants and flowers in the pool area would add a nice touch.

La vista è molto bella. La struttura è curata, la stanza e la terrazza molto spaziose.

Durante il nostro soggiorno di 6 giorni a maggio 2 giorni sono venuti 6 operai a montare una tettoia sulla terrazza, quindi non si poteva stare né in stanza né fuori. La host ci mandava un messaggio il giorno prima per avvisarci di uscire alle 9. Al quarto giorno ha smesso di funzionare l’acqua calda e segnalato il problema, la host ha continuato ad insistere che nel sistema non apparivano guasti, quindi abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda 3 giorni di seguito. Il bagno e la zona letto hanno odore di umido. Il bagno anche di fogna ogni tanto.
