Limeni Villa

Impeccable views and an absolute gem in the heart of Limeni Bay. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery and watching the sunset each evening was truly unforgettable. Before our stay, I had read reviews mentioning that not all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so we were aware of this in advance. We were fortunate that the weather was mild enough for it not to be an issue. Of course, adding a few more air-conditioning units would make the property even better, but as long as guests know what to expect before booking, it's manageable. The staircase leading down to the water was also easier to use than some reviews had suggested. There is one missing step that could easily be repaired, but it didn't cause us any problems during our stay. Overall, this place is a true gem in one of the most beautiful bays in Greece. Despite the minor drawbacks, the location, views, and overall experience more than made up for them. For us, it was absolutely worth staying here, and we would happily return.

One thing to be aware of is that, being so close to the sea and surrounded by nature, there are plenty of mosquitoes, and you may also spot sea roaches and some ants, especially around the kitchen if food is left out. This is simply part of the natural environment and not something the host can do much about. They were only a minor inconvenience for us, just keep any snacks or food stored in the fridge or sealed away, and it shouldn't be an issue.

La descente à la mer dangereuse par escalier dégradé sur les rochers avec une corde trop usagée, un passage à vide sur la paroi rocheuse et une échelle très bancale et trop moussue pour descendre dans l’eau . Impossible pour une personne âgée ou pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants : ce ne serait pas difficile à réparer !

The location is spectacular. The host had left some essentials in fridge which was nice. I loved the sunset from the front terrace, and the sea turtle who occasionally swam up to the house and said hello.

There was nothing that bothered us, but if you are considering staying here it is good to know that there is only one air-conditioned bedroom, the rest of the rooms have fans.

Check in was delayed due to previous guests. Infested with ants and bugs. AC in only 1 bedroom. Bottom half of villa unusable due to heat and bugs. Had to coordinate and wait for the ladder repair to access the water from the villa. Upon arrival, the ladder was broken or not usable. For this price point you are expecting no delays, no issues, Cleaning services should be available for at least part of the stay due to the bug infestation.
