Limeni Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Limeni. The location of the villa is absolutely stunning, right on the waterfront in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Being able to access the water directly from the property was a real highlight. We did encounter a couple of issues on arrival; however, these were handled very fairly. Dimitris was responsive, apologetic and genuinely willing to resolve the situation, which we really appreciated. It certainly didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay overall. The villa was very well stocked with everything we needed, including bottled water, fresh fruit, coffee and other provisions, which was a lovely touch. For families, I would say the property is best suited to older children. Ours are 8 and 10 and managed the waterfront access well, but getting in and out of the water does require reasonable strength, mobility and coordination. It may be challenging for small children or people with mobility issues. Once in the water, though, it is absolutely worth the effort: the water is clear, warm and beautiful. Overall, a beautiful villa in an exceptional waterfront location. Limeni itself is stunning, and we’re very glad we stayed here.

We found parking our car a little difficult (although we did manage to find parking and it is free) which is expected because it is a small village with narrow streets so we recommend a small car :) just something to keep in mind when driving to Limeni.

position, layout

a bit expensive, but great place to stay

The location was incredible! Sunsets never looked better. Access to the water from a such a lovely home was just perfect.

No air-conditioning for the downstairs room.

Location.

Check in was delayed due to previous guests. Infested with ants and bugs. AC in only 1 bedroom. Bottom half of villa unusable due to heat and bugs. Had to coordinate and wait for the ladder repair to access the water from the villa. Upon arrival, the ladder was broken or not usable. For this price point you are expecting no delays, no issues, Cleaning services should be available for at least part of the stay due to the bug infestation.
