Le calme de l'immeuble, l'insonorisation, la climatisation et l'emplacement de l'immeuble. On a été surpris du fait qu'il s'agisse d'une résidence pour séniors (ce qu'on a découvert en arrivant), mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur place. Le logement est très bien équipé et confortable.
Rien de très grave, pour que tout soit parfait, une poubelle de cuisine plus grande serait appréciable, et peut-être un peu de sel/poivre à dispo et une paire de ciseaux dans la cuisine.

Super clean and comfortable - brilliant air conditioning during a heat wave. Very convenient for railway and bus stations and close to free navette into town. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice touch to provide some tea, coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, shower gel, soap and shampoo.
It was a little strange to be staying in a Residence for Seniors, although this did mean it was quiet and secure. The apartment was well equipped but I would suggest 3 additional items: a clock, some salt and pepper, and some detergent for the washing machine, as it is impossible to buy this in small quantities.

L’emplacement et la surface d’un logement qui a le gros avantage de disposer de l’air conditionné ce qui est très utile en période de canicule
L’emplacement est pratique même si gare son véhicule est compliqué dans le secteur
