Turned up to find Appartement given to somebody else ….

We were booked to be at the studio charmant but when we arrived the key was not there and we were told somebody else is in the property?!?! You can imagine our impression….. I am sure the owner double booked as he told us a story about another party taking our key …… even though the key safe only had one specific number …. The owner had another studio at the same address fortunately but that one was quite a bit smaller. It was nice however and the owner accepted my request for a reduction of price

Great location, easy parking, nice comfortable studio clean and well presented. Great communication with lovely owner. Excellent value. Easy ground floor access.

Unfortunately it was -5C when we arrived, and the heater was broken! But Mathieu came to the rescue in minutes with a heater. Great service.

Excellent Accommodation in Troyes

We were very pleased with our one-night stay at Harmant Studio Hyper Centre. Our studio room was exactly as we expected it would be based on reviews -- clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Our host provided clear communications about accessing the studio, using the wifi, etc., well in advance of our arrival. The studio is located within a short walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the center of the old town area. Parking was not a problem, either. Overnight parking is free, and there is inexpensive daytime parking nearby. Finally, the price was quite reasonable.

Nice Studio near Train Station and City center

Nicely decorated studio apartment near the train station and city center. Great for a short visit. Bed was a double so big guys probably should pass. Well stocked kitchen. Newly remodeled so decor was modern and comfortable. Easy entry instructions and fast communication from host.

very charming studio full of light nicely decorated and very well located. It was a well isolated flat remaining fresh whereas it was quite warm outside so it was perfect.

Loved the appartement! Nice atmosphere! Super comfortable bed! Would stay again!!

Instructions weren’t always completely clear concerning the sauna etc. They said there would be a tiny breakfast, only had some drinks which you had to pay for.

Het appartement was schoon. De faciliteiten waren okee.

De muur in de badkamer onder het schimmel! De verwarming is niet sterk genoeg om de ruimte te verwarmen, het was ontzettend koud. Ik zal hier nooit meer terugkeren.

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville de Troyes est vraiment top. Logement situé dans une petite cour fermée (rassurant je au niveau sécurité). Il est très joli, bien décoré, propre... Facilité d'accès, équipements complets.

2 petits axes d'amélioration : - 1 ventilateur un peu plus grand que celui fourni (15cmx15cm) aurait été le bienvenu avec les fortes chaleurs du moment - Les stores occultants laissent quand même passer la lumière

Grand studio fidèle aux photos, propre et très bien équipé. Cuisine très sympa avec four, micro onde, lave vaisselle et tout les équipements nécessaires. Bonne literie. Agencement bien pensé. Grande douche Très proche centre ville, des restaurants et du théâtre de champagne (10 minutes à peine à pied)

Pas de lumière quand on rentre dans la cour. Chasse d'eau très bruyante mais ce sont des détails.

Super nous avons apprécié de visiter le vieux Troyes avec toutes ces petites rues pleines de charme.

Déjà dans un premier temps la rapidité des réponse à mes questions du propriétaire du logement . Le logement était nickel une deco épurée simple et fonctionnel avec une très bonne literie ainsi qu’un emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville.

Juste un petit bémol au niveau de la tuyauterie bruit quand on tirer de l’eau ou chasse d’eau ainsi qu’avec le voisin du dessus à 3h du matin.
