The balcony and solarium space are the highlights, spending the evening there was awesome and we could appreciate the view with the cozy atmosphere. Very spacious apartment. The decor looks great and matches the coastal town vibes.
Very noisy on the Monday morning, construction and maintenance workers were on site, unlike the weekend which was very calm.

Der Blick auf das Meer war toll. Man konnte den Außenbereich auch schließen und sich so vor dem Wind schützen und hatte trotzdem den gleichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes war problemlos und freundlich.
Der Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern. Er war nicht schmutzig, aber ich habe einfach eine Abneigung gegen Teppichböden 🙈 Ansonsten war wirklich alles top!

Location is perfect, about 1km from the shops so close enough but away from the busy streets. There are gate codes and lock box codes for ease of access and secure parking inside the complex. The balcony is enclosed which helped with wind protection and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and equipment including to our delight, an air fryer, gas hob and dishwasher!
The windows in the rooms to the back are open to prying eyes- so you can’t open the blinds without the risk of seeing a neighbour in the corridor outside- maybe consider getting sandblasted glass to let in the light but provide some privacy too.
