Ilma Suite - 2BR Apartment - Main Square

The apartment was near the square and not far from the train atation. Very clean and beds very comfortable.

Fabulous location. Two minute walk to main square. Lovely ambiance and interiors in apartment

We arrived after 7pm and could not gain access to building. The location to collect to the key is at least a 10-15 walk away ! Not idea when travelling with big suitcases and after a long days travel. Check in instructions did not state distance was so far away. Surely there should be easier access point for collection of keys. Have never ever stayed at a property where key access was so inconvenient

Property was clean and with very central location in Krakow old town. It was also surprisingly quiet, considering that there is quite many bars in the downstairs. But there is a very loud extra but with this.

Property had more than few issues. - First and most annoying is squeaky floors. They are so ridiculously loud that they really should mention this in their “apartment facilities”. You really wake up every time someone moves in the apartment. Noise bothers you even while just trying to do your daily chores. - False information on the facilities. There is so old tv’s that they can’t run any streaming services. Take your own HDMI cables to connect your devices to those. - Cat in the stairs. We had to avoid few times cat poo on the stairs and cat pee smell can be very strong. At least this does not come inside the apartment, but it’s quite annoying while using the stairs. - Also lights in the staircase don’t work so well, so bring your own flashlight. - Staff really don’t care to provide or try to find working solutions for you. They say that they are sorry but will not even try to actually fix these issues. - Kitchen has just very basic equipment.
