Great location and comfortable studio. Good communication from the host and clear instructions given and accurate pictures of the property.
On Saturday, there was a massive party in the building, which kept waking me up. I guess that's the risk of being close to the city centre.

The location is perfect: the train and bus station are near such as the main square. A lot of facilities are around. Contactless access to the flat.
The whole apartment would need a renovation and the level of cleanliness has to be improved as well. The sofa bed should be replaced by a normal bed and the bath tub is not in a good condition. There was no enough hand soap.
