Geräumige und günstige Unterkunft in Peja

Alles in allem war die Übernachtung nach holprigem Start in Ordnung und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet gewesen, der Zugang (insbesondere das Treppenhaus aber unterirdisch schlecht) und ich hatte zunächst Probleme sie bzw den Hinterhof zu finden (selbst mit Google Maps). Zum Glück kam der Vermieter, traf sich mit mir auf der Straße und gab mir dann den Schlüssel. Gefallen hat mir im Weiteren aber sehr das alles fußläufig erreichbar war und kostenloses W-LAN zur Verfügung stand.

Das Treppenhaus, welches ohne Geländer und in meinem Fall wegen defekter Glühbirne auch unbeleuchtet war, kann Niemandem gefallen und muss als äusserst abenteuerlich bezeichnet werden. Ebensowenig die Wasserversorgung, denn die schönste Dusche/Badewanne ist überflüssig wenn -wie in meinem Fall- kein Wasser aus der Leitung kommt.

Bin gleich wieder raus und hab mir was anderes gesucht wollte da nicht länger bleiben

Lage

Kann man meiner Meinung keinem Urlauber anbieten. Nicht sauber Balkon lies sich nicht schließen. Licht im Schlafzimmer ging nicht. Allein das Treppenhaus zur Wohnung hat mich schockiert. Würde ich keinem empfehlen.

Apartament ma bardzo fajną lokalizację, ma parking na auto. Dodatkowo jest bardzo jasny, ma dwa balkony i jest naprawdę duży.

Brak światła w korytarzu i w kuchni. Ściany wymagają odświeżenia- w łazience widoczna pleśń. Lodówka zamrażała wszystko niezależnie od ustawienia mocy. Dodatkowo apartament wymaga solidnego sprzątania

Alles total alt und abgewohnt. Viele Möbel, Steckdosen etc. kaputt. Immerhin erträglich sauber. Nie wieder. Rating 8,7?

Katastrophales Treppenhaus. Kaputte Lampen und Möbel. Alles abgewohnt.
