Wonderful place

Property is very new and everything is tip top condition. The rooms were clean and quiet. We loved having breakfast on the patio and the service was impeccable. The team did a fantastic job in communicating and checking in with us. It was within a short walk to old town just behind Negresco hotel area.

We had a wonderful one-night stay. The hotel is charming, beautifully kept, and centrally located. The staff were warm, communicative, and made everything easy. A truly hospitable place—we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall the place is very nice and authentic

The property is very nicely located in the city with an easy approach to beach and walking distance from city center. The tram stop is very close by, which makes it approachable from airport. The personnel was nice: David was very welcoming during check-in and giving top recommendations where to go. Gissel demonstrated calm and professional approach while handling an emergency situation.

Beautifully appointed but size was an issue

Beautifully appointed, great attention to detail, excellent and very attentive service.

Studio Volnay was very small, in the basement, and the bed was a sofa bed which although very comfortable meant there were no bedside tables or lamps. We were disappointed with the room but were compensated with a delicious complimentary breakfast.

Our stay was amazing! It exceeded our expectations.

The customer service/ hospitality from the general manager and Gisel. From the beginning of our stay, David made sure we had everything we need and was able to answer all of our questions. He helped arrange transportation when we needed it. He gave recommendations for restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and charming. It has everything we needed. Every evening when we got back to the room there was a special momento left for us. The detail is what matters. Our stay was perfect!

Everything was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Until next time!

An Unforgettable Five-Star Stay — A True Hidden Gem

We were absolutely blown away by this accommodation. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the pillow mist and sparkling chandeliers, made the experience feel truly five-star from start to finish. The decor and finishing touches were impeccable, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that exceeded our expectations. The location itself was also perfect — we only wish we had more than one day to enjoy this stunning home-turned-hotel. A special thanks to David, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. He accommodated all our requests with genuine warmth and flexibility, including adjusting our check-in and check-out times to make everything as easy as possible. His exceptional service made us feel completely taken care of. We found ourselves missing this beautiful hotel the moment we left — it truly left a lasting impression. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. We feel so fortunate to have found this gem and would love to return for a longer stay.

This place beats a characterless large hotel hands down. Small, intimate with a nice courtyard garden.

They really had thought of everything, from dressing gowns & slippers to umbrellas by the door plus beach bag and towels. The building is beautiful, inside & out. The manager David couldn’t have been more helpful, very quick to react and gave us some great Nice tips. We will return and splash out on one of the more special rooms. Great to have access to a fridge etc. The kitchen was really well equipped for a small space!

Stay like a Royal at Maison in Nice

The Breakfast was amazing. Fit for a royal. Everything was just spectacular about this hotel. The staff is what makes this hotel so charming . Gissel, David & Liliya - Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and seamless. When we come back to Nice, we will definitely stay at Maison again.

Médiocre et doit être remboursé par booking

Très grosse déception !!! La description fournie par booking occultait beaucoup de mauvaises surprises ! À commencer par chambre au sous sol avec une fenêtre minuscule faisant penser à un abris de guerre. Mon épouse souffrait de son dos et a due assumer la pénibilité des marches . Dans la chambre impossible d ‘ouvrir la petite fenêtre sans être envahi par les moustiques ( Absence de moustiquaire ) . La wifi ne marchait pas , donc aucune communication possible ! La télé ne marchait pas . Les maîtres des lieux nous ont promis l’arrivée d’un technicien que nous n’avons jamais vu . Le lit est un clic lac complètement inconfortable. Les bras latéraux du clic lac sont un obstacle à chaque mouvement . on ne peut se coucher ou se lever sans inconfort. Il n’y a aucune table de chevet ni prise électrique proche de la tête du lit . Donc lunettes et téléphone par terre et inaccessible vu la position du bras latéral du clic lac . Vous vous levez la nuit dans l obscurité totale car aucun interrupteur électrique avant d’arriver à la porte de la salle de bain ….. le personnel gentil vous dit à chaque fois qu ils sont désolés sans trouver d’alternative . Biensur dans hôtel villa de 8 chambres , nul espoirs d’en changer par une autre . Pour compenser tous ces désagréments nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner entrée de gamme !! Franchement aucun rapport qualité prix . C’est digne d’un deux étoiles dans un quartier périphérique d’une petite ville . Par conséquent nous réclamons à booking de faire en sorte que nous soyons entièrement remboursés, surtout que je suis client fidèle depuis plus d’un décennie .! Mais rien ne peut être figé. מלון מקסים. אפשר לכנות אותו מלון בוטיק. החדר היה נקי ומאובזר (מיקרו, מקרר...). לא גדול אבל בהחלט מספיק לזוג. אבל גולת הכותרת היה המארח (דויד) הוא קיבל אותנו בסבר פנים יפות ענה לכל שאלה וסייע בכל תחום והכל בחיוך ונועם הליכות. מיקום נהדר - מרחק הליכה קצרה לטיילת וכ 2 קילומטר מהעיר העתיקה. קרוב למרכז המסחרי. מומלץ מאוד.
