Alina es súper simpática y amable. Estuvo atenta a nuestras llamadas y en menos de 5 minutos ya habíamos pagado la habitación y pudimos entrar a descansar. Ofrece un desayuno tradicional bastante bueno y las instalaciones cuentan con todos los servicios que esperas en una guest house! Sin duda una muy buena opción para quienes visitan Karakol y sus paisajes sin dejarse una fortuna en el alojamiento!!

Breakfast was good and there's always free tea, coffee, and filtered water.
We were told on arrival that our room was ready, but had problems with the water, so we were moved to one of the other, windowless rooms. Turns out, the host had simply given our room to somebody else and made up an excuse.
The trashcan was still full and the duvet did not close properly.

Rather basic but had all needed for short stay. Room had no windows at all. None. But we got used to going into communal area to see daylight. Good for backpackers and hikers going out all day.
Lack of windows. But there are rooms with windows so ask before booking.

Grande chambre, endroit calme, personnel sympa et réactif
Il y avait pas mal de tapis donc pas mal de cheveux au sol. On était logé dans une autre maison donc pas de vue sur les montagnes ni terrasse (on pouvait utiliser la terrasse mais il fallait donc aller dans une autre maison). Pas de possibilités d’avoir un petit déjeuner avant 8h (donc pas pris de petit déjeuner le jour du départ du trek).
