A convenient place, not far from the main sights. A good cost - benefit relationship, considering it's a full apartment and the great location.
Communication could be improved. There were no prior instructions about how to get the keys or what forms of payment were offered, which made check-in unnecesarily more complicated than it should.

We like the Location , it's in the Heart of all the notable Landmarks in Almaty , close to everything.
There is no Lift or Elevator.
If u jave a lot of Heavy Bags , it will be challenging going up.

Recommended..really..really recommended
Excellent management and very helpful. As there was a long gap between our flight and check-out time, the management (Mr Erken) allowed us to leave our luggage in a safe area. Very satisfied with the service.
The room was clean and tidy, the bedsheets were fresh and odor-free, and there was absolutely nothing negative about this serviced apartment.
Great location, close to all attractions.
Extra caution is needed in the bathroom as the tiled floor can be slippery. It would be good to consider adding anti-slip mats for better safety.
