Идеальное расположение. Культовая шашлычная в минуте ходьбы, центральный парк культуры и отдыха в двух шагах с одной стороны и зелёный базар в двух шагах с другой стороны, гипермаркет Магнум в шаге! Вокруг остановки общественного транспорта в любом направлении...

We stayed there from 12.05.2026 to 20.05.2026. It was starting of summer. In winter hot water supply in bathroom may be interrupted. I am not sure. The property is at prime location. Lotte chocolate factory, Green Bazar, Paniflav park, Ascension cathedral, Central Park, Central mosque, Magnum super market and Sophia cathedral are close to the property. You can easily go there by walking. Properly is a cozy room with a bedroom and a kitchen. The property owner is super cooperative. She responds to your every query promptly. If you are going Almaty with your family of 3/4 members, you should consider this property and thank me later.😃
