판필로프 공원 가까이 위치하여, 접근성이 좋고, 반경 0.5km 이내에 편의점이 있고, 1km 이내에 식당이 있어 편리했다. 주인이 영어가 가능해 필요한 것들을 질문하기 쉬웠고, 청결도 만족스러웠다. 보안이 엄격하여 3회 번호키를 열고 닫기가 약간 불편감이 있지만, 시범을 보여달라고 하여 2회 반복하니, 해결되었다. 음식을 간단히 해 먹을 수 있는 조리 시설과 그릇이 있었다. 스마트TV가 있었고, 와이파이 좋았고, 건조대와 베란다도 편리했다. 따뜻한 물로 샤워하기 편했고, 변기도 깨끗했다. 의자 3개 식탁도 편했다.
세면대가 작아, 손 씻는 정도로만 이용 가능했고, 바로 위에 선반이 있어 얼굴을 가까이 하고 양치질하기가 매우 불편했다. 거울 앞에 작은 테이블이 있다면 여성 이용자에게 매우 편리할 것이다. 가격대비 시설에 매우 만족한다.
