Everything was beautiful and the host was helpful and very kind

The TV was not playing s there was no entertainment in the house

Our apartment was clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed, kitchen utensils, iron including a braai stand outside.

Only stay in the apartment.

Gate access is a mess. Only one code worked the rest of the gate codes we received didn't work. Had to go do more codes. Security fighting us. Did my facial as requested but later when I went to help my friend to enter it didn't work. When they entered they try do do facials they were told they must come in morning they are closed. In the morning when one of my frnd left to play golf outside she doesn't have access to get another code out she must fight & bribe. Went to do facial at 11am we were told to come back later. When we try to enter lagoon we were denied bcos of stamps then you go do facial recognition they give you a stamp to enter. Now you have both facial and stamp they you realize with facial recognition you don't actually need a stamp but anyway you go to the restaurant for poor service throughout until evening. We had to do take aways bcos we were literally going to get j waiter to come help us. Evening they was no space no waiter bcos it was full. Very bad experience. We had to order in and eat at our apartment. Leaving Sunday 10 :30 the ques of cars going out was abnormal frustrating. Just gate access alone made our stay there regret. Ita a very place with poor service.
