the lagoon
the host, the check-in process, the host was uninterested, we had to ask for everything (towels, dish cloth, tissues), no enough cleaning supplies, one of the sheets were torn , and the check out process wasn't as private and secure as promised

The space was big enough
Some of the furniture was broken when we checked in but it fixed the next day,the oven was not functioning well

Everything about the place is do perfect,
Nothing ,the place just need aircorns during this autumn to winter is cold and we alwys get the same block n unit every year
Next visit we want new perfect experience

Bedding is old and not enough utensils. We had to book a different place second night. The code was not working by the gate and we couldn’t reach the host he was not responding to calls and messages. It’s worse that they ddnt even apologise for that. Very disappointing to sleep somewhere else when you have paid full.
