We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The ground staff are very friendly and helpful. Our host was so considerate and patient with us. We requested to check out slightly later than the usual time and the host did not have a problem with that. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay a fee for accessing the lagoon. I do feel that once you confirm your stay that access should be granted free. I understand that the charge is for the upkeep of the place, but make the charge a lessor amount for the occupants

It was well cleaned and in front of the lagoon. WiFi was fast. Had everything one needs to get by.

There were a billion cockroaches everywhere!! I couldn’t take it. We were all uncomfortable. The place shines on the exterior but has an infestation internally which needs to be attended to. Applied everything. Also the host was lethargic and unreliable. If I needed something right now, I’d get a response 30 minutes later.

Entrance to the property is a hassle. Clear directions should be provided when checking in Lift instead of many stairs with our luggages. It was chill because of rain, unit was cold no aircon, no heater. We had to do self housekeeping which was not communicated before. Limited to 1 and half toilet paper for each bathroom for the period of our stay for 6 guests. Limited kitchen utensils and cleaning stuff. We only had a broom and a mop, no bucket for mopping Lagoon entrance fee should be included in the booking. Host was not easily reached which made communication difficult.
