Self catering unit, location was easy to find, keypad access is a very good idea for easy access without the host being present on arrival.
Improve on kitchen utilities. Stamping at the gate for the lagoon access needs to be communicated prior, include it on the welcoming message.

I liked the security guards,they were patient and informative.
Getting access codes from the host was a mission;it’s almost as if you needed to be held hostage. She refused to give me access information until I paid R500 directly into her account for the lagoon. I didn’t understand why that was a prerequisite because not everyone would want to go to the lagoon. We found a broken mirror in the bedroom-a hazard for our little one. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.It would’ve been nice to have a coffee machine or decent instant coffee,one litre bottled drinking water,hairdryer and a shampoo and shower gel (not foam bath) in the bathroom
