About this villa rental
The classic former country house (approx. 220m2) is situated in the heart of Tuscany, on a hill, surrounded by approx. 7000m2 of land (dogs welcome).
The private pool (9 x 4.5m, 1.35m deep) is open from June to September.
The country house dates back to the 13th century, lovingly remodelled and equipped with today's technology, which is well adapted. Neither the panels nor the heat pump disturb the view.
The Tuscan country house offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, internet and satellite TV.
The holiday house is in a very quiet location, where you can observe rare birds and squirrels in the old trees.
For guests there is an outdoor seating area equipped with dining table and chairs. Cars can be parked under a pergola which provides shade.
Apart from the classic possible visits (Siena, Florence, Montalcino ect) it is only a 10 minute walk to the village (groceries, restaurant, bank, post office) and about 10km to the river Merse.
The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
