Tired bathroom and cobwebs!

Location was easy to find and the views were outstanding. The penthouse was very spacious, breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The pool was very clean and surrounded by plenty of deck chairs.

The bathrooms were a bit dated and not airy. The restaurant is very beautiful and with some good options for dinner, but there are plenty of other good restaurants close by too.

unfortunately we found the condition of the apartment to be quite below our expectations, especially considering the price point. When we arrived, the apartment was not properly cleaned. Several utensils and glasses were visibly dirty, and some still had wine residue in them. Under the beds, there was a considerable amount of dust and dirt. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had no hot water, and the shower was broken, which created some inconvenience. Another major issue was the presence of mosquitoes. Since there were no mosquito nets on the windows, we weren’t able to open them, which made the air circulation quite uncomfortable—particularly difficult because one of our children is allergic to mosquito bites. This morning, we observed the cleaning staff as they prepared the apartment for the next guests. Unfortunately, they seemed to perform only very basic surface cleaning, without using a vacuum or addressing any deep cleaning needs. We feel this apartment has great potential, but it does require more attention—both in terms of regular maintenance and in ensuring a proper, thorough cleaning between guests. A few relatively simple upgrades, like installing mosquito nets, could make a big difference in comfort.
