Come visit San Diego's famous Pacific Beach, and settle into Kyrstin's Beach House. Just a 6 minute stroll (or even quicker bike ride) to where your toes meet the surf & sand. Enjoy great beaches, delicious local eats, shops, and a central location to explore all of San Diego's attractions. Our house is where you can experience it all. And we're Pet Friendly too!
This house is one of two 2-bedrooms on the property. You can rent Chloe's Beach Cottage (in front) as well, if your family is looking for an additional space (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms combined for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests)
Kyrstin's Beach House is a spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, with a Queen bed in the 1st bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom (sleeps up to six people). There is also an inviting family room with cable television for your enjoyment. In the home there are 2 bathrooms, 1 with full shower/tub combo and 1 with shower. Kyrstin's Beach House offers a private back patio with outdoor gas fireplace, comfy outdoor furniture for relaxing with a glass of wine, and dining set for al fresco dining amidst lush tropical landscaping.
Complimentary garage parking is available for 1 car!
Laundry is also included onsite (free!) for your exclusive use during your stay.
Stroll to the beach, or relax on the grassy bluff, overlooking the beach at Palisades Park (Law Street Beach). Walk down the Boardwalk to Crystal Pier, the historic roller coaster at Belmont Amusement Park... or just relax with your family and friends and take in the ocean breeze while hanging out on your patio... Your vacation awaits!
Our beach getaway offers serene and cozy charm. Located in a quaint North PB neighborhood bordering the curving coastline of La Jolla (just north of us) - gemmed with scenic views, art, gifts and other shopping destinations.
Our neighborhood is a quieter area and a great Family Beach. Pacific Palisades was also voted `The area's best beach overlook`, as quoted in S.D. Home & Garden Mag.. Our Beach features a grassy park, with showers, restrooms, with lifeguard services, ...Swimming, Boogie Boarding, and Surfing. You can even walk up and join in on a donation based Yoga class held Saturdays and Sundays at 10am. Our Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk begins at the park, and heads South for 3 miles for endless biking and adventuring fun! We're located close to all the beach has to offer, the Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping, yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay, and especially loved the backyard! It was so cozy and beautiful! The location is wonderful, a short walk to the beach. We love Pacific Beach’s boogie boarding and beach yoga classes offered at palisade park. The beach chairs and toys provided at the house were perfect for our family. The bikes were so wonderful for morning bike rides. The garage fit our Toyota sequoia well. The beds were very comfortable. The communication was very good, and we appreciated that so much. We hope to come stay again.
