SUMMARY
Welcome to our kid & pet friendly beach home!  Grab your beach gear & hit the surf/swim friendly beach and then dine at the most amazing local eateries…all just 2 blocks away in the laid back community of North Pacific Beach.  Situated on a premier west-facing corner lot with an expansive fully-fenced yard, this fully remodeled modern unit features 2br+2ba, sleeps 6 (4 adults max), 1 oversized parking, a/c, w/d, 3 exclusive outdoor areas including the palm tree-lined view deck (note - front grass lawn is shared), & all new modern furniture & fixtures.  

OUR HOME
As you enter this fully fenced modern property, a set of concrete steps in between the grassy front lawn will lead you to the main entry and exclusive front porch,  great for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or soaking up the daytime San Diego sun.  

Enter into a light & bright space, with open floorplan concept.  The living room is highlighted by our new oversized modern sofa & amazing LG OLED 65” mounted TV (the picture quality will not disappoint!).  Off the living room are sliding glass doors that lead to your very own view patio that looks out onto the front grass lawn, as well as a built in dining nook.  No expense spared on the kitchen, with sleek quartz countertops, white cabinetry, all new high end Kitchen Aid brand appliances, & access to your exclusive rear yard with beach gear & bbq.
 
Off the main living area are 2br's + 2ba's.  Br #1 has a Full/Twin bunk bed perfect for kids and bath off the hallway (shower), & the Master includes a King sized bed with sliding door exclusive access to our oversized  IPE wood deck & west facing views down a serene palm tree lined corridor (our favorite place for sipping a glass of wine in the evening), mounted 55" LG OLED SMART TV, and ensuite bath (tub/shower combo).

LOCATION
“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to the Law St. swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St.  Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar’s Mexican Seafood, Leilani’s Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar & organic eatery to name a few.
 
A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park’s big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!  Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.

Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, contact one of our friendly staff today!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.

• Occupancy | maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors); exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.

• Noise | Our home is intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

What a wonderful welcoming neighborhood! Just a couple blocks from the beach the patio and pet friendly yard has a constant refreshing sea breeze rolling in. Plenty of neighbothood restaurants within walking distance. The home is well equipped and relaxing. We'll be back!
