Be one of the first to stay in this completely remodeled unique 2 story upper condo in the desirable North End of Ocean City just a block from the beach with views of the Ocean and Boardwalk from the expansive decks adorning both levels. ( NOTE- AS OF 6/14 THIS CONDO IS ALMOST DONE BEING FURNISHED. PLEASE SEE END OF PHOTOS SLIDE FOR UPDATED PHOTOS) This condo was completed in early 2024 and has not yet been lived in. Custom woodwork and high end finishes throughout with a main level fireplace, 9' ceilings and a custom kitchenette on the upper level, This condo has something for everyone! The elevator serves both levels from the ground floor and there is Jr. suite on main floor, and master suite on the upper floor. There is a powder room on main level and an additional full bath on upper floor to make sure this unit can accommodate large groups and guests. With modern finishes, and attractive furnishings, this unit is a must stay for your summer vacation. Grab a seat on a deck and watch a sunset over the ferris wheel, or take a seat by the fire on a chilly night. All members of your party have been thought of. There is a gaming console in one of the bedrooms for the younger members of the family, and a pack and play and high chair for the little ones. Beach chairs, linens and a beach cart are included in your stay!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The rooms were well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient location for the grill on the deck. There are two decks affording ample outside space and comfort. The elevator was an added plus making movement of bags and groceries very easy. While there is no garage, we had ample parking for our vehicles. The walk down the street to the beach was very easy. Most importantly, the owner was easy to deal with and promptly responded to any questions we had throughout the stay.
