Enjoy marina views from the front door. Short walk to private beach access. Updated in 2024. This 1 bedroom Condo sleeps 4 comfortably, with king size bed in bedroom and full size pull out sofa in living room with gel comfy mattress. Tub/shower combo bathroom supplied with towels and extra storage for your beach essentials. Kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking essentials, stove, microwave and fridge. Kitchen island sits 4 comfortably. Cable and internet provided with Fire Stick in bedroom. Pool! Laundry on site. 4 beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
Fish or cast your kayak or paddle board from the dock. Lots of dolphins and manatees to observe as you sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
Hungry or looking for entertainment? Take a 5 minute walk to Caddy’s on the beach or Ka Tiki for delicious cocktails, food and nightly live bands and trivia game opportunities.
And don’t forget nightly sunsets on the beach!!

Amazing condo !! So close to the beach, right across the small street next to the condo, walking distance! The condo was beautiful , and had everything you could possibly need. Super comfortable bed, and there are fans in the bedroom in the light fixture, which are very powerful for little fans. We had planned on buying a fan, so that was great ! There’s also one in the living room, as well ! Having laundry downstairs was a plus for me, and there are 2 laundry rooms. One for each building. It was a fantastic place to stay for our vacation !

Two nice areas for outside relaxing. Pool deck and dock area. EASY BEACH ACCESS. Condo nicely furnished and equipped with anything you might need almost. (Just missed the hairdryer and a potato peeler) .Laundry facilities in the complex were conveniant. Owner solved one minor issue quickly.Would reccomend this unit to a friend. 😎
