Really enjoyed our stay! Our only disappointment was having to use an offsite laundry facility, but certainly understand given the recent hurricanes and damage to the first floor units.

Very enjoyable location and view. Listing indicated availability of coin laundry, when in actuality the laundry facility suffered hurricane damage and was not available. While understandable, the listing could have reflected that information.

The owner was very nice to allow us to come in two days early and that might be why the condo was not clean. It was relatively more expensive through Evolve because of owner fees, a $250 damage waiver (non refundable), and service fees. The listing said no pets, there was a dog bed and dog hair. It also said, no smoking and it smelled like heavy smoking.
