Stayed here for 8 weeks. Wonderful Host, Condo and Location! Condo very comfortable! Ground floor with patio out the back a Bonus! Pool and grounds are awesome as well! Beaches not too far. Can't go wrong with St Pete Beach!!

Nice place to stay, very nice pool. Enjoyed the view from the deck by the pool at night. Only a short (approx. 12 minute ) walk to the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo had recently been upgraded and was nice. Jake was very attentive to our needs. The location was the best thing about it. We were within walking distance to everything. We love to golf and found lots of reasonably priced courses. There are restaurants and bars close and the beach was great to walk everyday. Those staying here were also very friendly.

This Was My First Time Renting With Home Away And My Whole Experience Was Superb!
We Enjoyed The Beach Which Is A 10 Minute Walk Along With Restaurants and Cafe’s!
The Owner Jake Was Wonderful As He Assisted Me With Moving Into The Condo!
The Condo Was Exceptionally Clean And Inviting!
The Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom Were Very Comfortable Especially The 2 Very Large Televisions!
The Property Was Beautiful And Provided
A Beautiful Pool Overlooking The Gulf!
Jake Gave Helpful Tips On Restaurants and Things To Do!
The Communication Between Us Was Amazing!
I Could Email, Call Or Text Jake With Questions And He Responded Immediately!
I Highly Recommend This Condo And I Would Definitely Return ASAP!
