About this apartment rental
Cozy 2 bedroom two bathroom beach condo located in a small complex. You are a short walk from the secluded Sunset beach featuring world famous sunsets. Across the street, you have two public tennis courts, boat ramp, park with a fishing pier and a playground. Within a 2 minutes walk you have several restaurants and bars plus a 7/11 gas station. Public parking is available next to the beach. Perfect location for a wonderful and memorable vacation! You will want to return year after year. Sleeper sofa in Living Room.

We had a little rocky start to check in, but the property manager came through to help us out even if it was at 12am! We had a wonderful time staying here with our children. Pictures are accurate and everything was very clean. We also appreciated that they had beach chairs, sand toys, extra beach towels to use. If you are vacationing with your family I recommend St. Pete’s Beach. The water is crystal blue and very clean. Treasure Island beach was also a nice beach and close by. Shrimpy’s is in walking distance and the food was amazing and wait staff was very friendly too. Also I would recommend going to see Clearwater Aquarium and Sunken Gardens. If you plan to do laundry bring quarters. We did not see a coin dispenser machine to do our laundry, and a lot of stores would not exchange our dollar bills for quarters. That was our only downfall. Other than that we had a great time and hope to be back next year.

The condo was well furnished and comfortable. There was plenty of room for my group. We had a wonderful time.
A couple of minor improvements would be a cleaner floor and new toilet seat in the guest bathroom.

Nice little condo, 2nd story room, no elevator. For us this wasnt a problem but for others it would be nice to know this. Very close to the beach (5 minute walk) and the owner was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions.
