Escape to the laid-back charm of Treasure Island! This ground-floor retreat combines comfort and convenience with all the extras that make a vacation easy. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, gather around the dining table for four, or kick back in the living room with a large Smart TV and a sofa that doubles as a sleeper.

The spacious Master Bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds—both with Smart TVs for relaxed evenings. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plenty of counter space.

Head outside to soak up the sun by the community swimming pool or stroll just minutes to the beach. We’ve made it simple with complimentary beach essentials—chairs, towels, umbrella and a buggy you are ready to go!

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, enjoy the on-site laundry facilities, and park with ease (one vehicle included). With 3 separate beds plus a sofa sleeper, this space is perfect for families or groups.

All the amenities you need, no stairs to climb, and a prime Treasure Island location—the ideal spot for your Florida getaway!

Guests may use the communal chairs and tables as well as the pool area and laundry facility.

You will be able to access our condo through an electronic lock with a personalized door code. I live within the beach community and are able to help you if a situation arises. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, readily available when needed.

You will be just a short walk to many restaurants that offer fresh seafood and outdoor dining and only 1 mile south of Johns Pass Village. Over 100 merchants inhabit the village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching, shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

5. Free Beach Ride: Free Beach Ride provides free local rides from Madeira Beach to St Pete Beach. The ride is free and the driver`s work for tips only.

- 1 parking space will be provided with the condo.
- This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the complex as it is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
