Seeking a sunny retreat? This beautifully renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo provides the perfect mix of comfort and affordability in a charming waterfront community. Whether you're here for a month or the whole season, you'll enjoy the serene atmosphere, prime location, and excellent amenities!
The community laundry facilities are currently not available due to renovations.

• All linens, towels, bedding, and pillows provided
• Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need – coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery
Important Information:
• Beach chairs are not guaranteed; however, some guests or owners leave them behind for future guest use.
• Minimum age requirement of 25+ to book this unit
• Accessibility Notice: Limited accessible features for disabled guests are available at this time
Other Information:
This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval prior to arrival. You may be required to providing social security numbers for all guests and photos of driver's licenses. In addition to the condo association forms, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with NextHome Beach Time Realty prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Convenient location with good amenities. Condo had a lingering stale cigar odor throughout our two month stay that we could not remedy. Bed sagged in the middle.
