We had a really great stay, the location and the Onsen is the main attraction for this hotel. There are generally not that many options and variety with food both in the hotel and in the nearby by restaurants and cafes, but that’s understandable given that the location, nature and ski resorts are nearby instead.

Excellent stay. Everything stands out. Clean, safe, wonderful, amazing snowy night and day. Staying there for 2 nights was so dreamy. The onsen experience was unreal. Breakfast was filling with a great set offered. Staffs were helpful and patient. Language barrier was not a big issue. They sincerely try their very best to accomodate.
If you want perfect english, best to visit an english-speaking country.

The location and venue was absolutely perfect. Only a short walk to the bus terminal, the hotel allowed me to park my car before checking in. Our room had its own onsen tub and it was so clean and up-to-date. The food was just okay… but I was happy overall with the service and everything else, that it did not matter.
