This was my favorite property of the whole trip. There is something about the simplicity of it, the homey quality and terrific bed, and welcoming vibe. It was super central and I loved that they had recommendations for different restaurants. Everything I tried was delicious. It was also easy to do laundry.

Really large family room that was close enough to walk to the main streets of Takayama within a few minutes. Also a 5 minute walk from the station.
There is not really anything I could say I disliked.

The inn has a very nice feel and our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a nice bath and separate toilet. The beds and bedding were very comfortable
Reception is only open a short time, it didn’t cause us any problems but it’s always nice to see a friendly face
