All very good, would have been excellent apart from one thing...
Located at the bottom of a hill, when there is constant rain, there can be a smell of sewage from the drains in the bathroom. Not sure how they can fix it, but they gave us an air freshener, which helped. Long term it does need addressing though.

Totally exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
1- staff. Reception particularly but also waiting staff
2 - room. Very clean and spacious
3 - food. We ate dinner and was a great no
Nonsense menu with some innovative Welsh options.
Breakfast was to die for. The lovely waitress made sure my lazy son had a bacon sandwich made for him.
4 - location. BEAUTIFUL.
So, so good here and well done to all involved
$$$$
