We arrived early and asked to park and go for a wander and we were checked in early which was great. The staff are all really happy and friendly and the service is great. Our room (7) was facing the side, quiet, a good size, really clean and comfy. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and breakfast both mornings and the food was very good quality, huge portions and very well cooked.

Food was excellent, staff were excellent. Room was attractive and very clean
Unfortunately it was quite loud due to fans outside room and people walking up and down the corridor outside. I don't think much can be done. Also the view was the back of the hotel and a few cars, but given the price I wouldn't expect much more.

Breakfast was ok. Had to ask for our order to be taken after guests who arrived after us had their order taken first. No fruit left and no water - could have asked for more but ….
No fan available in the room and after a week of temps in the high 30 degrees you would think they would have been prepared.
The mattress in the main bed was quite soft.
The room itself was spacious but incredibly noisy.
