The location, the facilities, the views
The restaurant was not operating. We had planned to check in, rest for half an hour and then have some dinner but we were told they were short staffed so they could not open the restaurant.

The room, grounds and surrounding area were all beautiful and perfect for our last minute getaway with the dogs.
The experience with the food has put us off returning. We were very surprised as everything else exceeded our expectations
