Cosy and comfortable

Lovely fire and had everything you needed. Decor is perfect and super clean and tidy. Amazing to have free parking the whole stay.

It was an ideal location for a short stay in Llangollen.

The property is self-catering, but is 1 minute's walk from a cafe serving breakfasts through to lunch: with other breakfast, lunch or evening meal establishments within 5 or 10 minutes walk. Its location between the canal and river near the river bridge means that all the main attractions of Llangollen are easily accessible.

There were no cupboards, wardrobes or chests of drawers in the bedrooms, so clothes had to be left in our luggage. This was not a problem as we were only staying for 2 nights, but could prove inconvenient if staying for several days.

Cosy, cute cottage, perfect location, enhances the experience and I won’t ever forget that cottage. We shall return.

Everything, it was clean, perfect location as it was central to all things tourists want to see plus a great cafe 30 second walk away. The cottage, it was well presented, fantastic layout. It had everything you would want during a stay. Jamie and Marie really thought of everything and they put a lot of hard work into creating a place that enhances your stay.

Nothing bad to say about the property at all, if I was to pick any downside it would be the parking, however, they provided the closest parking for guests during our stay and it is included in the package. 1 min walk from car to cottage so no big issue at all, very slight inconvenience.

Excellent location and hosting, especially during Eisteddfod week! Lovely thick walled cottage so it stayed cool despite the very hot weather. Very well designed accommodation- made the best use of space. Very well decorated and extremely clean. Would make a cosy winter stay due to log burner and sheltered location Swift communications and replies with host.

Posh Little Cottage = Cosy Little Cottage - SUPERB!!

Found it default as we arrived early to do a canal trip with Horse Drawn Barge - as we left the trip we came across the location directly in front of the attraction location! Super comfy beds and hotel quality bedding and soooooo clean Sensor lights on the stairs and landing so no disturbing each other at night to use the bathroom Really well stocked kitchen - lovely welcome pack of coffee, bubbles, milk etc Complementary toiletries Lovely outside areas front & back So close to town but super quiet

A little dark in the living room so had a lamp on during daylight - but the rest of the house was bright & airy - not an issue My elderly father wanted a shower but needed a 'grab rail' to feel safe so he had to skip a shower - not a problem for anyone fit & healthy

Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay ❤️ Cottage was absolutely spotless, well equipped and the beds are very comfy with gorgeous bedding . Fantastic location right in the middle of the village, directly opposite the Railway station and the River, with many pubs and places to eat. We hadn't checked out before we had booked to.come again! Cosey home from home cottage

Property was in a great location by the canel boats. The decor of the cottage was done beautifully real home from home had everything in it you need for a wonderful stay.

I think you would be hard pushed to find anything that you didn’t like the owners had thought of everything but I did recommend perhaps putting an air fryer in the kitchen would safe having to use oven and grill and cheaper to run.

Property was beautiful well thought out owners have decorated it very well and all good furnishings done to a lovely finish. Brilliant location can’t wait to stay again.

Everything was great having the car park pass was a bonus too the only thing I would recommend is air fryer for kitchen as cheaper to run saves dirtying oven and grill.

Perfect!

The cottage was just perfect! The communication and instructions from the hosts was spot on, location was amazing, cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. We would 100% recommend and would love to return! The cottage was close to the canal with some stunning walks, followed by some food and drinks in the nearby pubs. We only live 1hr away but it felt like we were on the most relaxing holiday!! Thanks to the hosts for the lovely treats on arrival too - the milk for a cuppa upon arrival was needed! Parking close by was great too!

Blissful weekend at the Posh Little Cottage

I can't even begin to explain how amazing our weekend has been in the Posh Little Cottage. From the moment we arrived at this breath taking property we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. Prosecco, crisps, fresh coffee and a lovely note from our host Marie were out ready to welcome us on our arrival. Stayed here with my 2 sisters and our mum and there was absolutely everything we could need and more. Comfortable beds, bedding and fluffy towels that smelt so gorgeous and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. Cute front garden that we were lucky enough to sit out in as the sun shone all weekend. A stones throw from the main street with shops, restaurants and bars and stunning views. There's literally nothing I can say to Marie that needs changing, we wish we'd booked longer than a week and we can't wait to return again in the future. Thanks so much Marie you really do know how to take care of your guests and make them feel welcome and at home 😊

Beautiful cottage in the centre of Llangollen

We loved everything about this beautiful cottage. The location was perfect...right in the centre of Llangollen and the car parking space was invaluable. Although it was close to shops,restaurants etc it was very quiet and peaceful, even when sitting in the garden. Didn't want to come home and can't wait to go back sometime

Superb 'dog friendly' luxury cottage with parking space in the heart of Llangollen

Superb luxury cottage at the heart of Llangollen with a parking space a short walk away, Takeaway delicious breakfast available a few paces away from cottage at Finley's was a cheeky treat, but the kitchen was fully equipped to make meals if you prefer. Excellent communication from host and lovely welcome pack for humans and our dog. Cottage was spotless and had peaceful enclosed front and rear areas with water feature and lighting. Furnishings were high quality and very comfortable. Car stayed in the parking space as the shops and attractions were a very short walk from the door, but the cottage had peace and privacy due to its location off the main road. We will be returning as it was a fabulous cottage

everything was superb-no negatives. We would have liked a washing machine, but as we only stayed a weekend it wasn't a problem
