Location of the house was perfect. Comfortable beds, good facilities and nice decor.
Property looks a bit scruffy because of the overgrown front garden, which is deceiving. Car parking a bit problematic in peak holiday time as car park was full when we arrived. Luckily someone left as we were driving round.

Excellent location very close to the centre of Llangollen. All amenities at hand and within walking distance. Comfortable accommodation - large sofas and large dining table.
No microwave - would have helped immensely in meal preparation. Overgrown bushes and trees blocking light and spoiling the appearance of a beautiful property.
