La vue, le calme, les équipements, les attentions à l’arrivée, la proximité avec Rethymnon.
Le vis à vis est présent mais les propriétaires font très attention et sont très discrets, ça surprend au début mais finalement nous ne les avons croisé sur le parking que 2 fois en 5 jours.

Das Dias Guest House in Rethymno hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles ist makellos sauber, die Ausstattung top und es fehlt an nichts. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme wieder!

La situation par rapport à Rethymnon
Accueil distant Les aboiements des chiens notamment lors de l'absence de leurs maîtres ainsi que la nuit et la vue sur leur enclos. Une conception de cette villa(toiture) entraînant une nuisance sonore insupportable la nuit en cette période ventée. Cela nous a conduit à quitter la location un jour plus tôt.
