Valeria and Maurizia were excellent hosts. Very friendly and flexible. They followed up on us all the time. Very clean and tidy and fresh apartment with nice beds, towels, sheets. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen. Quiet place with short walk to beach, Lerici and San Terenzo. Privat parking under house. Perfect balanced ventilation with fresh air and termostate to set temperature. Two nice bathrooms, laundry machine and dish washer machine.

Wir haben uns in der wunderschönen und modernen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind für eine Familie sehr praktisch. Die Kinder hatten viel Freude am Garten vor und hinter dem Haus. Unter dem Haus hat es eine Tiefgarage, was ganz toll ist, denn die Parkplätze am Stand sind rasch besetzt. Zum nächsten Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser sind es ca 2 Min und auch weitere Strände sind in 5 und 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Restaurants sind auch viele in Lerici und San Terenzo zu finden. Valeria und Maurice, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, sind sehr freundlich und kommunizieren rasch. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen und können sie sehr empfehlen.
Es war alles gut.

Appartamento meraviglioso: posizione ideale, pulizia impeccabile, comfort e comodità al massimo dei livelli. Siamo stati con bambini e cani, motivo per cui avevamo molteplici esigenze, e devo dire che sono state tutte pienamente soddisfatte! Super consigliato

Appartamento molto pulito e attrezzato, posizione comoda a due passi dal mare, il centro di lerici e San Terenzo si raggiungono a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata.
Maurizia che gestisce l'appartamento è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, è stato un piacere conoscerla. Idem per la proprietaria Valeria.
Cambierei solo le persiane delle camere da letto per far sì che non entri luce.
