Outside is beautiful, well maintained garden and pool. Location is very convenient. Restaurants, stores etc are close by as well as major highway access. The view is astonishing. The larger house has aloft with comfy furniture. The property is large and plenty of places to go for some peace and quiet.
Combined the property offers quite a bit of space, however since they are split into two homes you have 2 kitchens and 2 dining rooms, with separate entrances. One dining room is pretty useless and kitchen quite dark. If you are looking to have a group of 6 plus and you like to cook and have dinner together, this may not be a great option. Mosquitos definitely an issue and you should bring candles and spray.
