Cosy bedroom with private bathroom ensuite in London Canary Wharf E14 only 1 stop to Excel and O2 for short or long let in London Canary Wharf, less than an hour from Heathrow, Stansted and Gatwick airport

I absolutely liked the location - it is central yet quiet. It takes you about 8 mins (walking) to South Quay (DLR) and about 12 mins to Canary Wharf (Jubilee) or 15 mins (Elizabeth Line). There is a Tesco Express very close (I think it's open every day until 11 pm, and the staff are friendly), and there is a big Waitrose in Canary Wharf (12 mins walking). Canary Wharf is a magical place. Right in front of the house there are trees and a little park. Also, you have direct access to the Thames Path. The landlord picked me up at Blackwall station when I arrived and showed me around, which was very kind. Also, very friendly long-term tenants! You have access to a kitchen with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, cupboards with plates and cutlery, and a fridge (you get assigned shelves for your room, which is a great idea and works very well). Plus, the WIFI is outstanding - I had to do academic research and Zoom calls, and it didn't let me down!

The room is perfect for one person, but as a double room, it may be a bit small (unless you are out and about all day).

Location is good for what I needed. Close to supermarket and kind of close to transport

It can be noisy the wall as are pretty thin. Was woken up and kept up a lot from the other people in the house

Everything was excellent. City airport nearby did not bother, rooms were soundproof. The staff gave advice how to get to hotel from Heathrow, AND they even picked me by car from the tube station!!

Cheap price and like a 15 minute walk away from all the important places in Canary Wharf. Owner was super friendly and helped a lot with everything he could.

Shower didn’t get warm, lack of sockets (only 1 like 5 meters away from the bed), bed was a tad short for someone who is 1.88m like me.
