    I would come again and again, this place was insane , the location - close enough to all the Canary Wharf restaurants , apartment style meaning you can (and we should have) stayed here for a longer time , sofa area amazing - only con was the Netflix on the Tv wasn’t fully functional but YouTube worked amazingly - I recommend this place but I hope to keep it a hidden gem so I can keep visiting at a low price - I was so happy with my decision to pick this place

    It’s a new and nice hotel, but lack of a responsive staff, and minim room services. As it’s an apartment hotel, rooms don’t cleaning everyday. And if you run out or need something like refill body wash, shampoo, coffee, extra duvet, etc, you need to go to reception because they barely respond: I asked for extra duvet 4 times within 2 days. They are using WA to communicate with the front desk, but barely respond.

    Came across as a party hotel - also the fauset in the shower didn’t work (to be fair, I did not let the staff know until the end of my stay) so the water was too warm to wash properly. When other guests in other rooms would flush their toilets a gurling noise would come up the sink in the bathroom - sometimes loud enough to wake you up at night
