Beautifully clean and very neat and tidy, thoughtful touches re snacks and bathroom toiletries appreciated. Comfy bed, decent pillows and nice shower.
There is plenty of space in the lounge for more than just a sofa that doubles as a bed - it would be nice if there was a comfier chair or small sofa to relax in - the sofa bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable to sit and watch TV on! And a bedside lamp instead of a nightlight would be appreciated. I was just one person - certainly couldn't fit 4 people on the sofa!

Lovely little house on a quiet side street, off a busy main road. Just what we needed for 3 adults. Feels very homely.
Sam left tea, coffee and sugar with snacks for us. Place was lovely and tidy on arrival with full working kitchen, and little stickers on everything to show how to work things.
No problems gaining access.
We don't really have any grumbles but if I had to find one, there was no milk in the fridge. But I did bring some with me so like I say no real gripes
