I liked how the kitchen was fitted out, even olive oil & vinegar was stocked along with a 1L of milk and some tea & coffee & a bottle of wine! It was an awesome thoughtful touch after a long drive.
The wall splitting the one property allowed some views into next door, a higher section of the wall with some greenery would be helpful but might restrict the ocean view - overall it did not impact on privacy

Everything was great
Very quiet
Needed more info on the place about clean up and procedures
Needs colour on the walls
Dog poo on the grass so could not lay down and enjoy the small bit of sun that came out
Pillows could be better

Excellent pet friendly
Parking can be better, not easy to park and reverse, specially big cars.
All it needs is to make the gate wider
