La verita 1 st line with garden

The apartment was beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellentm: right by the seafront, with restaurants, shops, the majestic park and the main attractions all within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the area.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, most likely because the apartment is located in the basement. It was also not clear from the listing that the apartment is on the basement level, so this came as a surprise. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Stan ima odličnu lokaciju, na svega par metara od plaže, što je veliki plus. Također, omogućen je raniji check-in i kasniji check-out, što je zaista odlična stvar i dodatno olakšava boravak. Prostor je gotovo u potpunosti renoviran i djeluje moderno i funkcionalno.

Nažalost, veliki nedostatak je higijena. Posteljina i kuhinjske krpe bile su prljave i očigledno ostavljene od prethodnih gostiju, što je bilo zaista neprihvatljivo. Također, u stanu nije bilo osnovnih sredstava za higijenu poput sapuna ili deterdženta za pranje suđa. Dodatni problem je izražena vlaga – u stanu se osjeća miris vlage i prostor je prilično vlažan, što bi svakako trebalo riješiti.

la puerta del baño estaba rota directamente y no podiamos cerrarla correctamente, osea siempre fui al baño con la puerta abierta y es incomodo con lo pequeño que es el alihamiento. En ningun lugar d ela publicación dice que es el apartamento esta en un subsuelo con un olor a humedad bastante feo. A pesar de eso el apartamento olía rico. La cama estaba hundida. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario. Otro tema, nadie me dio indicaciones con tiempo, llegue al lugar y no entendia como entrar, tuve que mandarle yo la consulta al anfitrion.
