Oscar was very helpful with the information and he was able to accommodate us for an early check in as we had an early flight. The house itself was immaculate and had all the facilities you need. The location was great with a grocery shop down the road, a few restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The tube station was 5 mins walk. I would highly recommend this house for your stay

The location, the fully stocked kitchen, the TV, the porch, the washing machine with dryer, comfortable beds

The hygiene and the bathrooms, the AC was not really working, one bedroom has no window, the bedsheets were dirty so we had to clean them ourselves, the light in the upper area did not work all the time,

The house itself was clean and comfortable and having 3 bedrooms was a bonus

Basic Facilities - no accommodation information, there is usually a hand book that explains the house, location, places to visit etc, the lighting in the living room was poor and there were no instructions on how to use the TV - the kitchen utensils and serving dishes were not suitable - no frying pan for instance, lack of serving dishes and large bowl for salad etc - no cheese grater, no spatula for cooking and no dishwasher tablets even though dishwasher was present - some salt and pepper and maybe olive oil would have been appreciated
