Excellent location

Good location for my needs. Spacious with good facilities

Loved the location right off Tottenham Court Road and just around the corner from Warren St. Tube station. There is a 24h Tesco Express if you're hungry and a Lidl which closes at 23.00 on weekdays. The apartment is well laid out with a sofa sleeper in the living room and two separate bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom.

London is a big city and the noise from the pub three doors down and the delivery trucks in the mornings means you should bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The apartment could do with a deep clean.

We really enjoyed the location of the apartment. It was ideally situated—close to everything we wanted to see and do, with shops, restaurants, and local attractions all within easy walking distance. Despite being so central, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful and relaxing place to return to after a busy day exploring. The combination of convenience and tranquility made our stay even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the apartment that made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and amenities. Despite staying for an extended period, only a very limited number of essentials were provided. There were no extra blankets or towels available. Considering this was advertised as a full apartment, the lack of supplies felt inadequate and poor value for money. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The apartment appeared to be in desperate need of a deep clean. There were marks and stains all over the walls, dust accumulation throughout the property, and the overall standard of hygiene was unacceptable. Most concerning was finding vomit in the bathtub upon arrival, which was both unpleasant and completely unacceptable. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment did not meet the standards we would expect for the price paid, and the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities significantly impacted our experience. We would not recommend this property unless substantial improvements are made.
