Apartment Benedikt

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Before our arrival, the host called us to confirm our exact arrival time. When we arrived, he was already waiting for us in front of the apartment and personally accompanied us to the secure private parking area, where our car remained safely parked throughout the entire week. The apartment was pleasantly cooled before we arrived, which was especially appreciated in the summer heat. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and prepare meals. Every room was spotless, and all essential amenities were provided in more than sufficient quantities. The balcony offered a beautiful view, and both the beaches and the town center were only a 3–5 minute walk away. Whenever we had a question, the host was always quick to respond and happy to help. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and would be happy to stay here again!

Property has everything you need & it’s close to the beach

This isn’t really about the property itself, but it’s something that should be addressed. The navigation took us to the wrong street, and since the streets are extremely narrow, it made access quite difficult. The host mentioned that this has happened to previous guests as well, so it would be helpful to provide clearer arrival instructions or a more accurate location to avoid the same issue in the future.

La vista e la posizione

Siamo arrivati e l’immobile era ricoperto da ponteggi per lavori in corso. L’appartamento non era terminato. Le scale e l’entrata sporca per i lavori con materiale e attrezzature che impedivano quasi l’accesso al portone e all’entrata. Abbiamo fatto richiesta per una struttura per 4 persone, mentre l’appartamento è palesemente per due. I nostri figli (11 e 15 anni) hanno dovuto dormire su materassi e un divano (non adibito a letto). Essendo in 4 il boiler non teneva l’acqua calda a sufficienza. La cucina non era attrezzata per poter cucinare per 4. La cappa accesa al massimo aveva il tubo che non era stabile e rumorosa. La sala da pranzo/salotto, occupata ovviamente come camera per i miei figli, non ci permetteva di pranzare comodi. Abbiamo trovato sporco dietro il divano e in tutto l’appartamento c’era polvere dovuta ai lavori. La doccia non era terminata (mancavano le maniglie sulla vetrata). Sui ponteggi giravano gli operai per i lavori e quindi avevamo poca privacy. Abbiamo trovato la lavatrice non funzionante (sistemata gentilmente in seguito, su nostra richiesta) e sporca di polvere. Le sedie in terrazza totalmente diverse dalla foto del sito e non per l’esterno. Avremmo preferito essere avvisati dei lavori e della situazione. Oppure una proposta di prezzo inferiore visto lo stato dell’appartamento. Per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo un appartamento in ordine, pulito e abilitato a essere occupato da 4 persone. Molto delusi e sicuramente non ci torneremo e non lo consiglieremo a nessuno.
