In the house: internet access, burglar alarm system. Public car park at 250 m, extra. Shop 200 m, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 250 m, rocky beach, concrete beach 40 m. Walking paths from the house 40 m.

Summary of reviewsBeautiful holiday apartment near the old fishing port of Opatija. Spacious for 3 adults, 2 separate bathrooms, large sofa bed in the living room, and shaded terrace. Dreamy villa in a fantastic location with top local restaurants and live music. We will come back!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Volosko, nahe dem alten Fischerhafen von Opatija. Die Wohnung ist auch für 3 Erwachsene geräumig, 2 sep. Bäder, sehr große Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Ter-rasse ist fast immer im Schatten, was gut ist, denn am Meer, 40 m bergab, hat man reichlich Sonne. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und hat Zier-Gitter vor den Fenstern, was sie etwas dunkel macht, aber natürlich auch sicher. Die Souterrain-Lage, die dicken Mauern und die top Klimaanlage halten die Wohnung kühl.

Traumhafte Villa, fantastich gelegen, Apartment Tip Top, schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, alles vorhanden. Nette Gastgeber und absolut ruhig. 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt. Volosko selbst eher weniger Turisten, im Hafen mehrere Top Lokale mit sehr gute Küche + 2x Woche mit Livemusic, Gesang, Klavier, Geige, am hohen niveau, sehr entspannt. Wir kommen wieder!
