The property was ideally located, exceptionally clean and equipped. Hosts were friendly and communicated well. Will definitely be back to stay.

The property was great, very comfortable and clean and the bbq was an added bonus.

The church bells ringing throughout the night and not just on the hour! Had read the reviews though so did know what to expect, so not a fault with the property.

This a great little cottage. We were 3 people with 2 dogs. The location is ideal for exploring Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire with major roads nearby. The village of Ollerton is very quiet but there is a larger town just up the road with supermarkets. The cottage itself is very well appointed with everything you need. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice little garden space which I am sure would be good in the sunny weather. The hosts were communicative and provided clear instructions. Everything was provided in good measure - cups/knives and forks/towels etc so no complaints

To be honest in terms of the property everything was just about perfect. As to the village the only tiny annoyance was that the Church opposite has a clock that chimes every 15 minutes all night (not sure if that was because of some special reason) which was slightly disturbing but that is not about the property itself so if you are very light sleeper you may wish to bring earplugs for that although my family did not even notice it!

Gorgeous little cottage very homely and comfortable. Lovely comfy beds with good quality pillows and duvets and well equipped kitchen. Friendly owners.

To be expected but a little noisy early in the morning if you want a lie in from cars going past as it’s right on the road at a junction. But not a big issue I would happily stay again.
