Villa Dommy Gabby

The Villa was great, spacious patio area around the pool with chairs and sunbeds - the pool is actually larger than it looks on some of the pictures. The lounge area is large and so are the bedrooms - the aircon is in the living area and hallway, none in the bedrooms, so you need to keep the doors open at night if you want the bedrooms to stay cool. The kitchen is well appointed with utensils, etc and a large fridge with ice machine. The views over the old town are spectacular, I enjoyed sitting out to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the boats come in and out. Great place to relax with the family for a week.

The issue that people need to be aware of is because of it's high location, there are LOTS of steps - about 400 down to the old town, and unless you are VERY fit, I would advise getting an Uber back - they then drop you at a layby above the property, so about 40 steps back down to it then. The only other thing that could do with addressing are random electrical wires sticking out of some of the walls, some taped up - these ideally should have junction boxes or similar securing over them, unsure if they are live or not, but a little worrying. Only a minor gripe though and wouldn't stop us booking again.

La ubicación es excepcional por las vistas aunque si es cierto que hay que estar preparado para hacer ejercicio!!!! Hay 380 escalones que hay que subir y bajar para llegar al old town si no se coge coche. Gabby es una host increíble, siempre ha estado muy accesible y nos mandó recomendaciones de todo. La piscina un super plus!!! Ojalá volver algún día :)

The view was unreal - truly incredible. Such a delight to wake up and go to sleep overlooking the sea and the Old Town.
